YoursSomeday is pre-release beta software. It may contain bugs, interruptions or incomplete features, and it may change before public launch. Automated post-death verification and delivery are still being completed and tested.
Free during beta
No payment is collected during beta. Storage is limited and may differ from future plans. Features, pricing, limits and availability may change before public launch.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your sign-in details and authenticator app secure.
- Only add people and contact details you have a legitimate reason to include.
- Don’t use YoursSomeday for anything unlawful or harmful.
- Keep independent copies of irreplaceable files, documents, passwords and other critical information — don’t rely on YoursSomeday as your only copy during beta.
Your content
You own what you put in your Capsules. You allow YoursSomeday to store, protect and release it only as needed to provide the service and follow your instructions.
Not professional advice
YoursSomeday does not replace a will, trust, attorney, estate plan, financial adviser, password manager, healthcare directive, or other legal or professional service.
No guarantees during beta
The beta is provided as is. We work hard to protect your information and keep the service running, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or a public launch. If YoursSomeday does not proceed to public launch, beta testers will be notified and beta data will be securely deleted as part of the shutdown.
Changes
We may update these terms during beta and will let you know about significant changes.
